Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns
All return shipping labels are paid by the buyer. The refund is for the full amount less the original shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. All returns must have an RMA. To request an RMA, please email returns@toycollectorstore.com. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items returned damaged or opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All orders are consider final once its shipped and can not be cancelled you will have to request an RMA to return the item. You may cancel an order if it has not shipped yet. To make a cancellation request please email us at info@toycollectorstores.com. Please make sure to include your order number.
